Whilst David was good / professional as was Umut I felt you let yourselves down by eg not providing a full tank of petrol at collection. That was simply cheap! Wife remarked that in last there was always flowers or something too but fuel, come on!!

Would have been 5 stars but the service package we pay for didn't show in our records so we were charged. This was resolved when we queried and we were reassured this is now noted on our records so should not be a problem in the future.

I always receive fantastic service from Dick Lovett Swindon. This time James Burns collected and delivered my car but he noticed that my car had more wind noise than it should. This turned out to be an incorrectly fitted door seal that was corrected

I liked the video of the car health check. One comment I would make, if the mechanic would have spoken slower I would have been able to understand him. The fast speech was very hard to understand and I needed to listen multiple times.

Extremely happy with receptionist. politeness of service staff. Slight lowering of score due to car wash that was done. Car came back dirtier than on arrival. Hand marks and dirty water markings. Came home and washed it myself. Otherwise very happy.
