Whilst David was good / professional as was Umut I felt you let yourselves down by eg not providing a full tank of petrol at collection. That was simply cheap! Wife remarked that in last there was always flowers or something too but fuel, come on!!

The car was delivered in the time frame I was told it would be. Vehicle was really well prepared, the process at handover was slick and the guidance in how things all work was excellent.

I always receive fantastic service from Dick Lovett Swindon. This time James Burns collected and delivered my car but he noticed that my car had more wind noise than it should. This turned out to be an incorrectly fitted door seal that was corrected

I liked the video of the car health check. One comment I would make, if the mechanic would have spoken slower I would have been able to understand him. The fast speech was very hard to understand and I needed to listen multiple times.

Extremely happy with receptionist. politeness of service staff. Slight lowering of score due to car wash that was done. Car came back dirtier than on arrival. Hand marks and dirty water markings. Came home and washed it myself. Otherwise very happy.

Whilst the timing of the MOT and me ultimately being able to get away was quite lengthy (as I had to remain on site), this was due to new wiper blades that I had requested werent in stock. Team worked around it and MOT passed. Saved me time and pain

The amount of scratches on my car after you washed it. On every surface, the car now has swirls and micro scratches that might not matter to some people, but that confirm the people washing car have no idea how it should be done. I'm really upset.
