I was unable to collect my car when it was ready, but despite this Erin was very understanding of the difficulties I had in getting there, and reassured me all was ok and to come whenever i could. once there I received a very professional service

My car came back to me the following day and was supposed to be cleaned. At least 5 panels had what looked like salt splashes on and also was on the inside of the driver's door. Lifting the hatch showed the floor carpet hadn't been cleaned not good.
