Tom and James were excellent at sourcing the model with the features I wanted quickly from new stock. This enabled me to get a new car without the build wait. Harry gave a great tour of the car on pick up so I could operate and enjoy the new car.

Its easy to book in,the staff are friendly & they do a good job. A Health Check is also carried out on the car. The car is cleaned,if we want,which is very helpful with the current hosepipe ban.

Because I cannot fault anyone or the service I receive, Its a 300 mile round trip for me to get to Swindon but I'm happy to pass 3 other dealers in south Wales to go to BMW Swindon

The car had major oil leak, called the service centre on Saturday evening around 4:00 not expecting to accommodate us to drop the car off. To my surprise they asked us drop the car for a tech to look at it first thing on Monday.

On this occassion, I had issues with the vanos unit in my 330i, I did not expect an issue with such low mileage. I spoke to Paul Seaborn, who assisted and advised me, we came to a solution. I would like thank him and commend him for great service.

Health check very formative. Courtesy car had a decent amount of fuel in it. I have had previous courtesy cars from BMW Swindon where there hadn't been enough fuel to get me to work.

Am happy to pay a premium for excellent service - but am not sure that your prices are competitive. You seemed to have a lot of staff milling about in the reception area giving the impression of excessive overhead (which actually my not be the case).
