First visit to Dick Lovett to enquire re service pack. Reception excellent friendly and helpful. Initial sales person did not know about service pack which surprised me somewhat but said he would get hold of someone who could help. Tom Sigee contd..

Took several emails and phone calls to get car seen for warranty defect
For the same reasons above, my car still does not perform to the optimum level it should capable of and despite attempts by people to try and resolve this - it still is not rectified some 3 months after the purchase of 2 vehicles - very disenchanted
would have gone to the highest level but there is still a niggle with the eplaced battery in the car 'key' continuing to say it needs replacing.
We had a call from bmw Swindon saying our car was ready to collect they were just going to clean and they asked if we were ok with it! We said yes please and we arrange to collect the car the following day. When we pick the car up it wasn't wash!
The local dealer has changed its system of operation when booking in so it seems confusing, but everyone is polite and helpful.

They cleaned my car inside and out. The problems I was experiencing have all been rectified. The two chaps on service reception were chatty (which suits me) and laughed at my jokes which always scores brownie points.

As above, although this time I got to meet Kieran, who again made sure that I had all of the information I needed, made me feel comfortable and was efficient.
They have responded efficiently in dealing with issues arising. They do have only a few loan cars to cover the number of customers needing one. This results in long waits for an appointment - mainly caused by the number of BMW recalls!
Had to wait for someone to see me, even though I organised to collect my car at a specific time. Car wasn't that clean when I picked it up.
5 week wait to have car investigated for a potential dangerous fault is not acceptable.

£540 for sevice including valet, car not valeted and expected to give car back for entire working day to have this done. Bmw Inspected differential, found leak but couldn't be bothered to wipe it clean to see where it's coming from

Went to pick the car up when it was ready but the warning light was still on, so had a wasted trip & had to leave it to be checked out again. Luckily you were able to leave me with a car until mine was fixed as I needed transport.

The whole process was easy and straight forward. I liked the video of my car being checked over, showing tyre and brakes, though a longer video showing the whole process would be nice to see.
Feathering on the tyres is diagnosed. Checks on steering/suspension components and wheel bearings have been made, with no fault found, the only fix is to replace the tyres, but at least I know the tyres are only issue.
The service reception team are polite, the problem resolution of technical faults is weak - so difficult to accurately rate.
Our emergency (a tyre blow-out on the motorway) was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.

See above. I expected a quality job, that is why I took the car to Dick Lovett, Swindon, I didn't get a quality job. I have no issue to pay for a quality job, I do have an issue receiving a poor inferior job "free of charge".
Customer service was very good, I was contacted on the various issues relating to the MOT and service. I can't ask for more.
Because everything was explained in a thorough way and I was kept informed at every step.

As above. It is worth pointing out though that I have always received good service at Dick Lovett Swindon. My previous service was carried out at Dick Lovett Bristol where I was not satisfied. Despite requests nobody contacted me.
The aftersales support is 1st class at all staff levels. But above all, their business is executed in a professional and friendly manner.
The garage are great, whole experience is let down by your call centre who it is obligatory to call to book a service.

No loan car and poor location
Very satisfied, but may be persuaded to go elsewhere as is bordering on prohibitively expensive. Valet service is a very nice touch.

Everything was first class until I rang to find time for collection and arrived at that time to find there was a 30min delay to pay and collect keys . I was also told the car would be washed and vacuumed - it was only washed.

unable to get a service appointment after 5 calls and leaving 2 voicemails had to call BMW UK to get a response and book a service for my car, the very first appt offered was 5 weeks out until I refused then it 2 weeks. crazy.

They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They arranged for me to test a car for whole day. They were able to match an extremely competitive deal from elsewhere. Also, they accommodated a personal request when picking the car up.

5th car from dick Lovett swindon and would say this is the worst of all 5 overall.

Conor Webley at Swindon BMW was friendly, efficient and ensured a great deal was offered that was hard to refuse. A thorough handover was also provided.
Let down again. Car sold with 11 months tax raher than 12 despite being organised for 7th April handover. No pre sale valet organised before handover. Both issues sorted with appologies and a two free tanks of fuel and valet a week later.
The dealership called me to enquire whether I was interested in looking at a replacement vehicle as my current model was a little over three years old. The process went well, although the vehicle selection wasn't as large as I hoped it would be.
