Efficient friendly service
Service was very good. No courtesy car available through the service department though, so that's a negative. But the sales team were able to arrange a car for the day. A while you wait service was not possible with the M class cars.
Everything done just as required.
Brakes fitted at a very reasonable price and on time
This is the second time the car has been in over 3 months for different services - But during the health checks they have failed to spot a broken coil spring with was spotted by ATS when they changed my tyres
See above. Failed to diagnose the fault and returned the vehicle implying it had been fixed.
I was given a dirty courtesy car nowhere near the standard of mine it had to be cleaned inside before I could drive it away.

I have used other BMW centres in the past (North Oxford). Dick Lovett BMW Swindon a different level of customer service.
It's not great that tgere were buggies with the car , but it was reused and it is to be expected . What I liked was giving them the 'must haves' and then they searched and found what I wanted .

Picked up issues I hadn't noticed however a mistake with the MOT meant it passed when it wasn't actually road legal however was picked up by further QA and resolved on the day at the cost of needing 2 new tyres and a £1200 bill just before Christmas.
Had an excellent experience and this is a common theme when I use this branch.
Well looked after
Car not cleaned or vacuumed. £600 spent for both my cars to be serviced but because the dealership is upgrading its washing facilities the cars could (?) not be cleaned. Not a great reflection
This is not a moan, it is what happened, justifying 3 stars. Sent 4 messages/mails explaining the car was being dropped off by someone else and I don't need courtesy car, had 1 reply, saying 'appt is all day'. service indicator not reset correctly
I would have MUCH preferred to have been OFFERED a taxi back to work rather than having to ask for it. For the return to the dealership I would also have liked to be OFFERED a taxi. This is not about money but about attitude and for a warranty repair

I know that your wash facilities are not available at the moment, but the courtesy vehicle needed the windows and lights cleaned. Essential road safety especially when driving in the winter months.

I received a phone call updating me quite early on in the day. One member of staff had been allocated to deal with my car and stay in contact with me, which was a nice touch.

In the short time scale with my self set constraints Trevor not only met my needs for purchase but went above and beyond during communication and when collecting up the new X5.
At vehicle collection, I noticed damage had been caused but not identified or repaired before the car was handed back to me. This damage was immediately rectified. Also, I could have prepared ahead, if I had known I was going to lose my in-car data.

The service for the vehicle is good, however the long wait for an appointment when a courtesy car is available is not so good. Also there is not enough onsite parking for the volume of vehicles being serviced, never mind potential customers.
My windscreen washers were blocked when I dropped the car for service - the washers were still blocked when I collected it ! What really mystified me was the car was Mot'd at the same time and passed without advisories.
Good service but part of the charges seemed excessive.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and happy with the work that was done but: 1. Wash & Vac was out of action. 2. Unable to establish why map update (free within the monthly service plan) could not be completed remotely through connected drive
I thought my service intervals were every two years but it transpires my brake fluid and oil services have diverged which means the unfortunate return of annual services.
Tom Sigee & Rory Nicholls (Swindon) were most helpful. I wouldn't have had a good experience had Tom not sorted the mess up when booking in my service over the phone. Rory carried out a good service & found the noise from from front wheel. Very happy

I booked online and received a prompt confirmation email. On arrival at the showroom, I was seen quickly and my vehicle was returned me in good time. The price was exactly as quoted - overall a very pleasant transaction.

Whilst the car was looked at promptly, it appeared that little thought was given to problem solving.
Sorting creaks and rattles is difficult but they kept at it and the car is greatly improved
The vehicle inspection stated that the brake pads had 6mm+ of wear left on them. Yet, when picking up the car, the service indicator stated that the car need "brake pads" in 3,300 miles. Those two things don't tie up, in my mind??

Would be five starts if the lead times on courtesy cars wasn't so long. Six weeks is too much in my opinion.

Dick Lovett met my expectations
advised at booking it would take 90 mins. On arrival told it would take 2 hrs+, longer if I wanted the car cleaned. So I cancelled the clean and made arrangements for my children to be collected from school. Car handed back dirty after 50 minutes.
Great service and experience
I was originally told that the vehicle would be ready for Monday evening but I had to wait until Tuesday which was slightly inconvenient since I did not have a loan car.
Sales adviser Azad was very helpful and informative. Kept me upto date throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.

all went well dealership profesional and always helpful. Car delivery was a couple of weeks later than expected, but it allworked out fine in the end. Conor took all the time i needed to be shown round the car and learn its many capabilities.
