The centre accommodated me at short notice on a Saturday morning and completed earlier than predicted, including a wash and valet.
See above. I expected a quality job, that is why I took the car to Dick Lovett, Swindon, I didn't get a quality job. I have no issue to pay for a quality job, I do have an issue receiving a poor inferior job "free of charge".
Customer service was very good, I was contacted on the various issues relating to the MOT and service. I can't ask for more.
Because everything was explained in a thorough way and I was kept informed at every step.

As above. It is worth pointing out though that I have always received good service at Dick Lovett Swindon. My previous service was carried out at Dick Lovett Bristol where I was not satisfied. Despite requests nobody contacted me.

The garage are great, whole experience is let down by your call centre who it is obligatory to call to book a service.
Excellent service at the time, however I have experienced some problems with BMW customer services in the past.
No loan car and poor location
Very satisfied, but may be persuaded to go elsewhere as is bordering on prohibitively expensive. Valet service is a very nice touch.
Everything was first class until I rang to find time for collection and arrived at that time to find there was a 30min delay to pay and collect keys . I was also told the car would be washed and vacuumed - it was only washed.

unable to get a service appointment after 5 calls and leaving 2 voicemails had to call BMW UK to get a response and book a service for my car, the very first appt offered was 5 weeks out until I refused then it 2 weeks. crazy.

Kept waiting 20 mins just to drop off keys for service. Kept waiting 45 mins for car to be ready to take away.
Last moment changes by myself were accommodated with efficiency and without fuss. Service issues dealt with quickly, efficiently and personably.
Follow up since my last visit (where I was to be given a quote for some work) has been non-existent, in addition I discovered the boot of my car was left in pieces (various panels taken off and not reattached, loose fastners left with workshop rags)
Work (MOT) done efficiently - some confusion over administration meant I had a wasted journey.

Good interaction with the staff and service visit totally as expected.
The property is great however having been given the car back in an unsafe condition with 8 inches of snow on it i had to clear it for 10 mins before i felt safe to drive away, clearly the service rep felt it acceptable to drive it in that condition.
Service was really good, had a couple of questions that they looked at and answered.
Again, Thomas was brilliant and for that reasons I am completely satisfied.

overall service very good. Kept informed by the service department at all times. Only issue was that there was no courtesy car available unless I was prepared to wait a couple of months. Same situation as the car needs to go back into the workshop.
Car was collected and dropped off as requested on time. Kept informed by service rep throughout day on progress.Only slight gripe was that I had to wait 3 1/2 weeks before a mutually convenient day was available for the garage to collect car.
I don't understand why my car is showing as service required in 1200 miles after having a service.

A very long wait to book in my car for a service and to receive a Loan car for the day. It was over 6 weeks from booking to service to confirm that I could have a loan car. Loan car was clean & very appreciated on the day though so was worth waiting.
Car serviced and MOT, process and results clearly explained by the receptionist "HALEY" well done to her a good front for Dick Lovett.

Parking as a customer on site is difficult as there were not any spaces. Had to park amongst BMW's for sale.
I was kept informed at all times with how the work was going.
I highlighted 2 weeks prior to the service that the string for the manual release of the fuel cap had broken. It's frustrating to have to re-book the car in to have this fixed rather than have it fixed on the day of the service

Repaired vehicle promptly
My vehicle showed a warning light so I took it into the service team they quickly arranged another car for me to drive whilst they investigated and repaired my vehicle this was ready for me to collect 2 days later with an excellent valet.

The video was unnecessary, especially as I couldn't hear the mechanic's comments. It would have been better to use the time to clean the car.

Very accommodating for the reasons expressed above and on the day fixed it so I could have a waiting appointment for additional convenience. Very good service.
The service itself was carried out greatly, it was the waiting time which lead to some disappointment. The car was booked 3 weeks away for pick-up, courtecy car booking was 5 weeks away. That's unacceptably long.

A windscreen replacement was incorrectly diagnosed by Autoglass, the minor problem repaired to my complete satisfaction by the service team and an unnecessary insurance claim avoided.
Almost perfect. The only slight disappointment was that my car's engine bay came out of the service workshop dirtier than it went in (oil smudges, dirty handprints etc). A very small point, easily rectified by a quick wipe around with a clean cloth.
Prior to making appointment I advised the service advisor that I had just suffered an injury that made walking difficult no problem we will get you home. On the day of the service a different advisor said there was no record of this on the system.
minor misunderstanding about the need for a waiting appointment but receptionist excellent and booked a taxi to take me home. Service manager also excellent.

Hard to answer as it's now a month late
Delivery of my car was delayed before Christmas and then again by a recall. I have not yet received my car some 15 weeks after order.
