Organisation was good.
clooected and returned car even though we are 16 miles away at no charge. all done on time. Have one minor fault with car that was not rectified otherwise would have been a 5

Fast, efficient and friendly. Helpful when addition works were required under warranty. Service dept. arranged a hire car to be dropped at my place of work.
More than satisfied as i used the drop off service to get to work which is very helpful.

The aftersales support is 1st class at all staff levels. But above all, their business is executed in a professional and friendly manner.
No hassles, just a very minor point, if vacuuming also included the boot area this would have been perfect, this was not done (but only noticed a few days later) and certainly not serious enough to bring the car back.

Shoe marks and hand marks were found within the cabin, no paper mats were used to cover the original mats
I asked them to retrive for me the Bluetooth passcode or to tell me were the Bluetooth module is located because the passcode is written on it but they didn't do any of those.
No appointment booked but engine oil leak started just before holiday departure. Staff in reception and workshop bent over backwards to try to remedy before due departure date. They failed but did everything possible to minimise delay on bank holiday
The 40k service was fine but the fault on the car the I asked to have fixed wasn't looked at.

I just get the impression that staff are looking for things to charge for but maybe it's just the unreliability of the car
The service on this occasion was of a high standard. The air con service couldn't be completed due to an apparent equipment failure, but that was non-critical.

Although I purchased the Sat Nav via a BMW Main dealer and they installed it Dick Lovett were unable to help me with a Sat Nav problem.
Excellent customer service. Dick Lovett truly provides an outstanding customer experience, from the receptionist to the service manager. Hayley, the service advisor was professional and went the extra mile. Outstanding BMW dealership.
The service was excellent, and the work carried out was perfect. My complaints though are: 1) too hard to get hold of a service advisor on the phone and 2) having to wait over a month for a service after the service is due, due to a busy dealership.
Called and update regularly. Nice to have a single point of contact when the car is in for the service. Booked the service via the BMW Connected drive app which advised on a price slightly lower than quoted when collecting the car.
Having to pay for a fault that wasn't generated by myself.
Kept the car overnight which was unexpected and meant rescheduling a couple of activities scheduled for the following day.

Everything was checked and no faults found. The complimentary valet was OK, however the inside was not as clean as expected.

Again, Joseph and the technician both kept me informed appropriately of the progress and ensured that the vehicle was ready in time for me to make another appointment that day. The vehicle clean inside and out was also a nice touch

For the same reasons above, my car still does not perform to the optimum level it should capable of and despite attempts by people to try and resolve this - it still is not rectified some 3 months after the purchase of 2 vehicles - very disenchanted
would have gone to the highest level but there is still a niggle with the eplaced battery in the car 'key' continuing to say it needs replacing.
The local dealer has changed its system of operation when booking in so it seems confusing, but everyone is polite and helpful.
We had a call from bmw Swindon saying our car was ready to collect they were just going to clean and they asked if we were ok with it! We said yes please and we arrange to collect the car the following day. When we pick the car up it wasn't wash!
