The engine swap took place but the end result if that I have a car with a rough idle.I wanted to book it back in but I was told it was not an emergency and the next apppintment was two weeks later.This despite my car being off the road for two weeks.

Not great this time around. Lyndsey who usually looks after all of our BMW’s was covering MINI, and therefore I had to deal with a random person instead. Even after discussing the return of my vehicle, I never had any calls to keep me updated.

Very good service, slight issue with bonnet, but this was fixed. I am disappointed that the first fuel fill was actually less than 1/4 tank. I have always received a full tank of fuel and no doubt I was charged for one.
