The engine swap took place but the end result if that I have a car with a rough idle.I wanted to book it back in but I was told it was not an emergency and the next apppintment was two weeks later.This despite my car being off the road for two weeks.

Not great this time around. Lyndsey who usually looks after all of our BMWs was covering MINI, and therefore I had to deal with a random person instead. Even after discussing the return of my vehicle, I never had any calls to keep me updated.
They are an excellent dealership. James Burns did a great job finding my approved used BMW. All of the staff are extremely helpful and nothing is ever a problem

The service team is always lovely, however, it takes way too long to get a service booked, and when you don't complete all the work and the car breaks down 3 times because you didn't fix it the first time, that is a problem.

Polite, efficient and effective
Whilst the front of house service was excellent, there were a few marks on the interior of the car around the door handle and switches (upholstery is cream so easily marked). Lyndsey who looked after me was very helpful.

I did not receive a customer focussed service when I first took the car in to arrange to be looked at. I was not able to have a replacement car. The work done has not corrected the problem. I now have condensation in back light.

The car was to my required specification / budget and was available from stock through a nearby dealership.
Very good service, slight issue with bonnet, but this was fixed. I am disappointed that the first fuel fill was actually less than 1/4 tank. I have always received a full tank of fuel and no doubt I was charged for one.
