Recall notice said my car was at risk of catching fire but it took over 6 months to get it fixed. You will say you didn't have the parts, but I visited you and was told to expect an update on timelines in 2 weeks, and 4 months went by.

Recieved a call to say the work has been completed and asked whether I wanted it cleaned, which I did, i was told it would be ready within an hour. Upon arrival I had to wait approximately 45 minutes for them to finish the wash(which was substandard)

It took from 09:00 to 16:00 to do a brake fluid service and MOT. Those timings suit BMW not the customer. I asked for hard copy of the MOT and for the work done (invoice). I like to keep a file of my cars history. I still have not received this
