Despite having my vehicle booked in the following week for an investigation into a warning message that popped up whilst driving, the dealer fitted it in 6 days early when I stopped by for advice on my issue whilst in the area.

Car was in for some warranty work, but the claim got rejected. So, when the sales team sell you the car, they emphasize that cars come with a three year warranty, but it's absolutely useless when you want to claim - miss-selling!!!!!!

My car came out n under warranty for some checks and minor repairs. No quibbles with the warranty, all were resolved effectively and detailed information was given. I was managed by Tom Maskel, who was extremely knowledgeable, polite and efficient.

I was told I needed to replace my DPF, which was going to cost over £2,000. However, I've subsequently had a specialist look over it and turns out the filter was in good condition and didn't need replacing. They were able to resolve the issue.

I dealt with a guy called Will Francis, who was very good. He answered my initial enquiry, made and sent me a video of the Car I was interested in and collected me from the train station on the day I was to collect my car.

The car after a week was not improved in any way. I queried the work after I left and the diagnosis and he quoted an entire transmission box, this could have been fixed within the week. I got a 2 opinion and fixed it with an oil change to the box

My car was in for 2 frt tyres and wheel alignment. While fitting staff diagnosed pad sensor cable rubbing, rectification £100? For a £20 part and the wheels off? As I declined, they set my service indicator to 600 miles, Why? Not safety critical item
