I don't feel that I was given correct information regarding the airbags. I was told that the drivers one could be done on its own only to find that was not the case and that the car would have to kept by you until the other bag could be done as well

I didn't attend your Swindon branch. Just bought a car from Hungerford dealership. Very satisfied with centre staff. But not happy with the car due to windscreen wipers not cleaning the screen on the first day after spending £25000 on a car.

It took from 09:00 to 16:00 to do a brake fluid service and MOT. Those timings suit BMW not the customer. I asked for hard copy of the MOT and for the work done (invoice). I like to keep a file of my cars history. I still have not received this

My car needed repairs to be completed. My wife authorised them. When she was told the car was ready, she went to collect it only to be told that the car was not repaired. She had to wait 40 minutes to discover this.

Customer service is first class at Dick Lovett Swindon. I was provided with a lovely courtesy car for a couple of days while my car was attended to under warranty. They also replaced the front brake pads free of charge.
