Happy with car and service provided by Andy. Very unhappy with the process of obtaining a 2nd key for my new car. Despite buying a new vehicle BMWs key process is to restrictive and lacks logic. 4 Hours wasted and an extra 100 miles of travel.

The only reason I didn't give 5 was my dash cam was disconnected. I'd already disconnected it from the power socket under the glove box so It wasn't on. They pulled the cable from the camera itself for no reason which is very fiddly to get back in.

Last year MOT was passed with advisory for Brake pads not being fitted correctly but this year MOT was failed for the same reason.
