Tom Blaxley at Swindon did everything he could to make my visit run smoothly. This included the loan of his car to get me home after the DVLC website went down and the new car could not be registered. The car was delivered by Tom the following day.

Good service as always. Tom kept us full informed and updated. Health check showed up a damaged tyre so they got me a new one. Nice biscuits! The only minor point was sad to be asked to check in by machine on arrival.

Best pet of £3000 paid on repair and didn't even clean my car. I should have sued the garage for damages when they previously smashed up my car believing I would be looked after. That was a mistake I won't make again.
