Everything was completed to my satisfaction.
It was a very smooth and well communicated process. Designed and executed to make sure, I was listened to and accommodated.
Overall service experience was very good, the only reason for 4 stars was due to the fact that it took over an hour longer than was advised.
Giving incorrect amount on my invoice by service advise and given no reason why it was incorrect, please speak to your service manager , whom I have complained to.Car also had a scratch on the left hand front bumper.

Overall service very good. The wi-fi is a tad slow but everything else is fine.
The service was completed within the scheduled time and everybody was more than helpful.
Had to return with car after service as brakes spongy -needed re-bleeding after having brake fluid changed. I believe something had been left loose as a puddle of what appeared to be brake fluid was on my garage floor under front right side wheel.

I spoke with a very helpful man who booked me in immediately. Facilities excellent. Car returned clean. I felt I was waiting for a long time because my expectations were not managed. I thought I'd be in and out (tyre) like quick fit.
A number of reasons:1) the issues have returned2) it took multiple visits to have the problems "fixed"3) no feedback from the first two times the car was with you 4) took a number of phone calls to BMW Swindon to get an idea what work done

tyre pressures were far too high for the tyre type.one tyre valve cap replaced with non BMW cap, all caps were there when vehicle given up for service.cannot view service video, BMW server fault, therefore address fails.

I had booked the car in 3 weeks previously to be told that when I arrived it had not been booked in. I asked for the lighter fuse to be replaced. This has not been done. Tyre warning light came on 5 mins after left and had to return to get sorted.
Car was in for MOT. Service department were their usual pleasant selves and car was ready when promised.
A fast lane service took just under 2 hours for an oil change. That's not good enough
Staff friendly, but was told the wait would be a maximum of two hours. I was there for a total of four hours. If I had known it would take this long I would have requested a courtesy car or arranged transport as a result I was late for work.
Car serviced very quickley and I was able to work using the facilities witin the dealership giving minimal dissruption to my working day.
Short notice replacement of damaged tyre was dealt with reasonably quickly
Despite last minute changes I was accommodated. I was also kept informed of when the vehicle would be ready for collection at the end of the service as requested.

I found the representatives quite poor at customer service, I found his attitude quite surly, treating me with contempt.
On this last visit I was disappointed to learn I had to pay for an air con service which I assumed would be covered by my service contract as had not been informed otherwise when it was offered. Apart from that excellent service as always.

My car had to come in for Discs and padd which had been warped...So they got replaced but I wasnt given an paper documenting what had been done?

The work carried out was ok however I was very disappointed to be charged for the replacement of my rear number plate which had deteriorated much quicker than I would expect for a quality car.
Quick efficient, easy to book in
For the 2nd time I book my car in for work and 50% hadn't been booked in. I spoke to the smart repairer and asked if he could touch in 2 small marks he said yes & he would also leave the remainder of the paint for future marks. Both weren't done.
Good service, moved from BMW to a Jaguar, Service from Grange was shocking so I went back to Dick Lovett. Just bought my son a BMW Well done you guys !!!

The work was done efficiently and on time
On leaving the car for service I asked for a quote for a rear light repair, this was not followed, and on collecting the car found the light had been fitted. There was however some compensation on the price.
I bought my second new BMW X3 from DL two years ago. Not long after delivery I experienced recurrent fault codes. Since then the car has been returned for analysis on at least five occasions, if not more. You are still unable to diagnose the fault.
Very picky comments:Meet and greet could have been a bit more smiley. Service took about 50 mins longer than the 90 minute estimate.
I turned up to check my car in for its timing belt recall check, mot and service but you had no record of my booking. Something to do with a new booking system. I had to rebook which was inconvenient as I was going away. Russell sorted out a solution

Mark Horton, the sales rep, ticks all the boxes for he kept us informed thru'out the purchasing experience unobtrusively via e-mail and phone when necessary. During the handover he explained to us all the ins-and-outs of the vehicle.
Whole process was very straightforward and sales contact namely Tom Reynolds understood our needs and we worked together to find a vehicle that worked within the budget we had available.
