Issue was resolved with a minimum of fuss although had to wait for the following day for a part to be available. Was given the option of returning with my car the following day or leave overnight.
Car was dealt with in a prompt and efficient way.

I took my car in as I had a brake rubbing noise from the rear was told the cause was non standard Bmw brakes fitted they had only done 2500 miles.New brakes fitted £450 bmw ones 300 miles and same noise back brakes rubbing!!!
Would have been 5 out of 5 as the service team were outstanding but my appointment had not been logged so the contact team lost the marks
Told MOT would take approx. 75 mins. but it actually took closer to 135 mins because I was left sitting at least 20 minutes after car had been delivered back to the parking bay. I was then told AFTER this time car should have also had minor service.
Richard was helpful and informative without being obtrusive or pushy when we purchased our BMW

They provided all the information that we needed to know and kept to there times ,the job on the car was completed to my fullest satisfaction and they even cleaned the car which in my book goes a long way .
Overall service was excellent but I was a little disappointed at the cost for replacing 2 rear brake pads
The work took a little less time than estimated than originally stated, which was good. As was the standard of the work and the condition of the vehicle on handover. But I was not expecting the large bill. Similar work on our BMW mini was much less

Not 5 stars as had to wait 20 minutes to have my car returned to me when I could see it sitting on the forecourt following the service.
Service was completed and car cleaned to an excellent condition in the time given by service coordinator.
I had to push to have the car looked-at sooner rather than later, as I needed transport and none was available for a while. After suggesting 'perhaps a demonstrator', something was found.
It took four visits to resolve the problem. The service was great (much appreciated) but I just find it incredulous that for a starting problem the last thing apparently checked was the starter motor and the battery. Their repair solved the problem.
Even gave the vehicle a clean!!!

Although my used BMW had several issues when this came in to the dealership they were all dealt with until I was satisfied. Despite some issues being initially missed once they were pointed out, all issues were rectified without quibble.
This box isn't big enough to fit all of the story in - I don't feel that we were looked after very well - and a new fault appeared as I collected the car. The cars clock wasn't set when picking it up either #lackofcare
The price charged for the oil was outrageous. It was more than double the retail price. Basically you are ripping customers off.

The guy who I dealt with on service day was lovely. Unfortunately my car was returned to me with a broken boot lid...When I returned the man who I dealt with that day was no so pleasant.

I was not made aware the car required welding to the ISOFIX seats so was not prepared to leave the car all day, although this was cancelled due to the AC part not arriving.On second visit car was not cleaned, also small chip to edge of door

The Service team always provide 1st class Customer service.
The MOT aspect was fine as was the complimentary valet. However I asked about the possibility to retro fit a SAT-NAV I was told that the Parts department would find out if it was feasible on my car and let me know. I am still waiting for the call.

I was disappointed that the validity of my service pack was questioned when I initially arrived for the service. I was told that they had to check with BMW before they could confirm that the service would be covered. This was finally resolved.

Having dealt with nearly every different customer facing department at Dick Lovett Swindon I have been impressed with consistent levels of high customer service across multiple different teams; including Matt in Parts, Tom in Service & Derek in Sales
We weren't told of a required modification to Isofix mountings: the work took an extra day. An engine service was carried out, although we agreed that it would be done at a later date. There was a scratch on the car which I'm sure wasn't there before

I paid £435.00 for a full service, the window fluid was low, would of been nice if BMW topped it up, I would of paid for it, also car wasn't as clean as previous times.

Before I left I asked the sales rep has the log book had been filled out. His reply was "The technician would have done that". Yet again nothing has been filled out and my log book is empty. All work has been done by BMW and I have no evidence
Took longer than estimated and was sat near desks where lots of customers were complaining. Could hear everything. 4 out of 5 customers were not happy.

My car was in for a recall, end of warranty check and mot. When it was returned it hadn't been reset on the computer or time clock , it was also not all put back together properly and fingerprints on my oyster leather and around switches on roof.

Purchasing my new car from Dick Lovett Swindon was an absolute delight, sales manager Mark Norton was professional, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. All of my interactions with the team there have been extremely positive.
We were welcomed into the Centre but did not feel pressurised. The salesman (Mark Norton) engaged with us and answered our questions. Although they did not have a demonstrator in the X3 35d spec they did have a used car which we we able to drive.
Mark was a first class representative for BMW, his commutation was spot on always answering my question and was never to pushy. The show room was impressive ,light and classy with the cars on display well placed,

I was introduced to the car and given clear instructions on how to use the car and it's controls. Then taken on a test drive to ensure I was happy with the information I had received.

The overall experience was good from entering reception to the sales rep who was Charlie Galton who looked after us very well.
The only negative comment I have is I wanted to discuss an M2 as well and was willing to go on a wait list, but was told I couldn't only to find out in a discussion with them when coming in to by a body kit that they let someone on a few weeks later.
The sales team were very reactive and were able to provide demo's for test drives at times that were suitable for me. The sales executive that finalised the deal was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process.
From initial contact to handover of my vehicle Thomas Reynolds was outstanding in all my meetings and thoroughly explained every aspect of my new car could not have wished any better service and his manner was so pleasing well done.
