My car was damaged whilst at the centre, this has now been rectified.

The car failed the Mot because initailly the centre' s omisssion test machine on my car read high but it was later discovered by the centre that it was actually the machine that was faulty and my car was fine.

Car was brought in following some water damage. Starter motor needed replacing (and was replaced). A check was done on the clutch and transmission and I was told there was damage to the clutch but later that there wasn't so the insurer wouldn't pay

I thought it was a good service. They sent me a video of the tyre treads which I thought was good.

I was looked after very well, the ladies asked if I wanted tea and biscuits.

They came and collected the vehicle, and then brought it back when all was finished. While the car was at the center, they sent me a progress update in the form of a video, which I thought was very impressive.

After fitting a new tyre the runflat indicator was not re-set. This caused a warning a few days later and much inconvenience. I rang Dick Lovett's to speak to the service agent. He failed to call me back. I've lost confidence.

The centre are going through refurbishment, I was quite happy with the service, but when they did the warranty check some things were not picked up, like the power point in the seat was not working.

very disapointing to pay £100 to unblock the filter in the front washer bottle. i consider it a bad design where a common problem requires garage fixing. (its a washer bottle) its not going to get soft water or bmw screen wash on every fill.

I needed 2 tyres and was asked to book an appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. Then made to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 tyres to be fitted! Had to chase twice. The only sorry I got was from the receptionist, who tried to chase for me.

The sales person Thomas Reynolds was very helpfull from our first visit to collecting the car. He took time to explain the features of the car. Kept us updated on the progress of the car. Took time to explain the cars features on collection.

I was advised the vehicle would also receive a health check and be cleaned on it's return. On collection the health check carried out was only to check the tyres and also the vehicle brakes.

There have been clear improvements in the level of customer service at Dick Lovett over the last 12 months. I had a really bad experience last year, being ignored and lest feeling like an inconvenience. This visit was much improved; very professional

I have a service pack with the car. On its return I received no paperwork; I chased this up the following day during a customer satisfaction call. Still did not hear anything, eventually I contacted the service department. Was promised a DVD.

I was very surprised at the cost they charged me vs what was quoted over the phone. I have already previously given feedback by phone, but apart from a call saying the manager was on holiday and would return my call when back, this has not happened.

My wife brought the car in last Friday and although I knew the chap from service was on holiday, the contact he gave was also not on Friday. When my wife took the car in so nobody seemed to know what was happening - she eventually phoned me at work!

What a difference from 1996/7! A truly positive corporate approach to the individual customer and with Tom Reynolds a salesman who actually listened, noted and responded with excellent advice. He made the whole event completely stress free.

This visit was great as they remedied a noise which had been present for several visits, ever since my headlight was replaced nearly a year ago. The headlight and front panel were initially replaced crookedly, which seemed sloppy. Still not pefect

initially it was for a service which they did very well so i also booked it in for a wheel repair and new windscreen, in my opinion the wheel repair is sub standard the paint has inclusions and the filling poor.

I asked them to tighten the handbrake they did not do this. I had the run flat alarm come up also.
