Our centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. Repair was booked, repair was completed and car returned all without any problem, a courtesy car was also provided, an automatic which is what I required

I visited BMW due to some cosmetic damage to my car that I wanted sorting, due to the damage they recommended going to their approved bodyshop.This was a waste of time as the quote received was over 3x what it should be. BMW then took on the work.

The car came, primarily for a fix to the near side front passenger door, it will not shut properly and is scraping the trim of the rear door. It is under an approved used car BMW warranty. RegYG12 XVD.This was at end of November 2015. Still not fixed

The service "experience" is way short of Audi Swindon, where you are greeted at the door, taken to the service dept, offered refreshments etc. Maybe this will improve when the proper show room opens up - I hope so.

car requires coolant 3 weeks after full service and service Interval reset to 2500 miles (when garage feel I may need new tyres/brakes) feels like I am being forced back to BMW for tyres and brakes as interval will flag and need resetting.

The courtesy car had been used by a smoker. courtesy cars should be non smoking. I was contacted by Bmw to say the car needed to be in all day because there was a recall for a software update. Wasn't the case so disrupted my whole day for nothing

Factory fitted electric towbar had no plug adaptor for UK use. The Sales Executive ordered a new one which arrived at my home this morning. It should have been with the car when I collected it 5 days ago.Otherwise, I would have awarded 5 stars!
