Unfortunately the car was 1 litre low on the oil level indicator when I reached home. So I reset it and checked the level again same reading, called the Dealerwho asked me to go back for a top up 1 litre was required.I would prefer a dipstick.

My Z4 went in under the used car warranty to have the BMW business CD unit replaced as it had developed a fault. A few days after, damage to the dash (Piano Black inset next to the fixed vent on the passenger side) was noticed by my wife.

I don't believe the car is working correctly. At less than one year old I get recommended to spend £200 on 4 wheel alignment!! I feel grinding noises and vibration are a problem!

Not enough words to discuss how dissatisfied we are with Mini's customer service this year. Issues found just weeks following our MOT, charged for parts in warranty, faulty reverse light bulb replaced, yet still faulty. Numerous visits

The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars was because I had to go back into the service reception to get my service record made up and stamped. The service department were really very good and the service manager telephoned me to apologise !

on the day of service I had errors regarding stability and flat tyre, the engineer said that due to normal tyres fitted the computer thought there was a problem, when I bought the car was told this would not happen, there isnt enough room to say more

They gave me one hour fault diagnosis, they could not find the fault. What they did tell me I fitted a new tyre, they told me that the tyre had punctured, the car could be intermittently picking up a change with the tyre pressure. I got two new rear

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.I chose to wait while the car was serviced and the tyres were changed. I had work I needed to do and was instantly given a place to work, and was regularly offered refreshments by the receptionist. Superb!

poor organisation. i requested a loan car and it was not available.

I asked for a courtesy car not to be automatic but this was not the case, they gave me an automatic. My car was brought back with not as much fuel in as it went in and food wrappers left it. Also not very good communication, I kept having to chase

Car was in for new Fly Wheel. Technicians left the windscreen jets disconnected - had to re-connect myself. Lady on service stayed late as I was running slightly late due to traffic.
