Mark norton has been expecting lot helpful, friendly and courteous through the process of purchasing our new BMW. He understood our requirements and delivered on levels.

Very impressed with the level of customer service. I was kept up to date with weekly emails detailing what stage the car was at and if I had any queries. Huge thanks to Richard Macklin who ensured everything went as smooth as possible.

I have tyre protection insurance, I went in because the light had come on, when I reset it the light had come back on, I went in as the light had come on again, they couldn't replace the tyre I until the next day.

Unfortunately we had to wait just over 10 months for our X3. We were kept informed but it was somewhat frustrating. We did not make a fuss but felt that BMW could have been more sympathetic and apologetic. Otherwise we were completely satisfied.

As ever we were well looked after, the car was well presented and made available to us to view in a 'hand over area' to one side of the the Main Showroom. This enabled us to have a good look, in comfort, with a degree of privacy.

My Z4 went in under the used car warranty to have the BMW business CD unit replaced as it had developed a fault. A few days after, damage to the dash (Piano Black inset next to the fixed vent on the passenger side) was noticed by my wife.
