Unable to fix speaker even though I advised was broken before comingFound a parking ticket for Swindon car park in the car, meaning my car was used for some reason to drive into Swindon, I don't think this is part of the warranty check.
Because they forgot to stamp the service book, so I'll need to go back at some point to get this done.

The booking process was very easy over the internet. I got a phone call the following morning to book in. The car was collect from and delivered back to my work place. I received a call during the day from the technician working on the car.

The car was fixed under warranty while at the same time a chargeable (to me) was undertaken. Both jobs where completed promptly and satisfactorily.
Poor communication from the service team. Left waiting for over 30 minutes for my car when I could see it had been parked ready for colloidal
The car originally went in to fix a severe creak from the back door and because the cruise control indicator light is misaligned. They said the light could not be fixed and rebooked me in to fix the creak. Trip 2 has passed and still not fixed.
On contacting the service centre and dropping the car off it took 4 days to get a decision on replacing the exploding sunroof glass from BMW UK, a day lost because the service advisor Russell took it upon himself to decide BMW UK's decision.
Everything was completed to my satisfaction.
Giving incorrect amount on my invoice by service advise and given no reason why it was incorrect, please speak to your service manager , whom I have complained to.Car also had a scratch on the left hand front bumper.

Overall service experience was very good, the only reason for 4 stars was due to the fact that it took over an hour longer than was advised.

Had to return with car after service as brakes spongy -needed re-bleeding after having brake fluid changed. I believe something had been left loose as a puddle of what appeared to be brake fluid was on my garage floor under front right side wheel.

I was told the part ordered would in stock by end of Feb. I called in Feb the person said they would check and call back. 4 days later no call. Eventually a booking was made. Day before the arranged day I had a call to say car was being picked up.
I felt at all times addressing my (rather urgent) problem was always the oriority - even during a particularly busy weekend for Dick Lovett.
Because I was completely satisfied with the service received?
I spoke with a very helpful man who booked me in immediately. Facilities excellent. Car returned clean. I felt I was waiting for a long time because my expectations were not managed. I thought I'd be in and out (tyre) like quick fit.
A number of reasons:1) the issues have returned2) it took multiple visits to have the problems "fixed"3) no feedback from the first two times the car was with you 4) took a number of phone calls to BMW Swindon to get an idea what work done

tyre pressures were far too high for the tyre type.one tyre valve cap replaced with non BMW cap, all caps were there when vehicle given up for service.cannot view service video, BMW server fault, therefore address fails.

Car was in for MOT. Service department were their usual pleasant selves and car was ready when promised.
I had booked the car in 3 weeks previously to be told that when I arrived it had not been booked in. I asked for the lighter fuse to be replaced. This has not been done. Tyre warning light came on 5 mins after left and had to return to get sorted.
A fast lane service took just under 2 hours for an oil change. That's not good enough
Staff friendly, but was told the wait would be a maximum of two hours. I was there for a total of four hours. If I had known it would take this long I would have requested a courtesy car or arranged transport as a result I was late for work.
Car serviced very quickley and I was able to work using the facilities witin the dealership giving minimal dissruption to my working day.
Despite last minute changes I was accommodated. I was also kept informed of when the vehicle would be ready for collection at the end of the service as requested.

The professionalism of the Sales staff, primarily Luke Day was the main reason (along with the quality of the car) was the main factor in choosing BMW over Land Rover.
