Good customer service but problem not resolved to my satisfaction
Good service and job done to our satisfaction. If there was more of a luxury feel and environment (e.g. coffee and biscuits offered, our names used, and nicer area to wait in) I would have given full star review.
Would have been 100%, but mistake on bill
Very good, car didnt smell like it had been infor service (nasty grease shop smell) one small minor thing is when they clean a car what I dont expect is the windows to be all smeared, I drove off and it was very apparent.

Service was very good but I was disappointed with £1000 excess for loan car insurance unless I paid a fee when my car was in for warranty work.

My query took a long time to answer and the proposed solution was an expensive one.
When car was collected it was from wrong address, even though I had changed the address with the operator, no big deal but an unnecessary error.
Staff very polite and courteous. Facilities whilst you wait are very good and broadband available so I can work while I am waiting. Hot Drinks also free too.
Got my issue sort so I could get my car back.
- Didnt feel the service agent was very helpful towards me when I got the shock of my service package not being valid.- Power points not working on the work area- forgot to provide my MOT certificate in documents

I was not advised of a service upgrade until I arrived at the showroom and have had to book another visit.
Whilst the quality of the work was fine and the condition my car was returned in was superb, the experience I mention above was far from ideal.
All the periphery is there, nice reception, good welcome etc. However, you continue with the bad practices of old - I am not in your premises as an open wallet for you to look to create more opportunities to say "oh, and you need this extra..."
When I dropped off my car, I was told that the necessary parts had not arrived from BMW - despite having been ordered 3 days earlier. To be fair, I was given a loan car immediately, but it complicated what should have been a single day's visit to you
The 'solution' to the (very minor) problem would have required more investigation and cost to identify. Having already spent £100 to reach that point, I decided to leave the situation as it is.
I paid for an air-con refresh/ refill and I cant really tell the difference. So I dont see why I paid £48 for that to be done.
I enjoy having my car serviced here for the quality of the work which gives me peace of mind. The labour cost for older Bmw's is competative

The staff handed over my car keys and said thank you!! then I have to walk the car park to find my car
Service reception was open early, I was attended to quickly, the text with a link to a video of the inspection was a nice touch.

Faultless, prompt and polite.
The service was carried out satisfactorily. However, a follow up to replace a tyre was not. The locking nut thread and nut were completely destroyed. Waited for 1 hour to be told. So had to them replace all 4 nuts at cost of £155. Not happy.

Almost perfect but the seat memory had gone when I collected the car. Whilst this was inevitable as a result of the software update, I wasn't told and only discovered when I pressed the button to put the seat in my position and nothing happened.
Jack (sales manager at Swindon) was brilliant and couldn't do more to help.
Included a vehicle check where a video was provided, innovative feature which provides some reassurance.

Terrific customer service from the team at Dick Lovett - especially Russell who looked after my job, but also Lyndsey who helped me too. Russell went out of his way to get me a loan car as mine needed to stay in over night due to unforeseen issue.

The person who sold me the car was very good. Answered most questions and got to a price we wanted.
MOT easily booked and completed on the day within the agreed time As I was waiting I found the waiting area comfortable with hot and cold drinks available

Again the person to whom I related was very courteous and helpful. However, there was one defect: that was communication by telephone, the person concerned failed to keep to a promise to get in touch with me once the job was done.

The service booking system was broken when I first tried to book. it was broken when i next tried to book. it was still broken when i did manage to book on my third attempt, several days after my first. the receptionist told me it was a known problem

Mohammed was an excellent sales person. I would have like an service package included in the car and a longer warranty. my last 3 cars have been a kia with 7 years warranty, i can't believe that BMW cars are less trustworthy

My car did not arrive within the forecast shipping window which created some challenges vis a vis maintaining road tax on my old vehicle longer than I had planned and the need to get a loan car to avoid having to make up new licence plates

All good/ smooth to day of collection. But on collection car not satisfactoraly valeted and no valeters available (Sunday). Offered complimentary valet. Also had to wait far too long for holding deposit refund due to mix up then staff absence.
Great experience picking the car up, the showroom with all the different models looks amazing, in fact David Seal offered to pick me up and take me to BMW as i had sold my own car the previous evening. The reveal was fantastic, i enjoyed it very much
