Prices are high compare to market, but you get satisfaction, but if Prices are inline with market then you will get better Customer Satisfaction and probably more customers, because its the personal recommendation which grows business.

The whole experience was about making sure that my car was running well and the replacement of my condenser meant that my air conditioning would work properly.
When I arrived to collect my car, the receptionist seemed to be on a personal call and told me to sit in waiting area. After waiting about 15 minutes, another man came in to collect his car and was seen before me and I had to stand up to be noticed.

This was the second tome we have had the winter wheels changed on my wife's car and the second time she has driven away and the tyre pressure warning lights came on. She had to go to a Kwik-Fit this time to get the pressure adjusted.
No charge for hire car. My car returned very clean. Before any expense carried out a phone call to agree.
Easy and quick appointment booking. Work carried out to schedule. Courteous and helpful staff. Only downside - the only place to work that has power sockets, has the least comfortable stools in the world, and the comfy seating has no power.

Incorrect car booked in ,owner of my other car which I had sold called when service was complete whilst I was waiting in reception .Only when he called my mobile after he had picked up a message did I know car was ready.No one went thru the service.

Good service and with a smile. Courtesy car could have done with having some fuel in it and a recognition that a recall program was costing me time I would otherwise have chosen to use elsewhere.
Had to keep my car over night with no car and did not book me a taxi in time for when i finished work and didn't even get me one for the next morning so left stranded

Confusing information over the phone - I was told they had freed a seized brake nipple, then that they could not, yet charged for brake fluid change. I was promised written report by post - it has never arrived. Chased twice, got it 2 weeks late
Completed service as required
Everybody I spoke with on the day or over the phone have been great however, changing two tyres did take 1hr & 40mins! But this is no fault to the staff.. possibly you need to recruit more?

The reception staff could have been more attentive upon arrival instead of chatting among themselves. It is not clear which is the service desk and to whom one should be addressing oneself, hence the importance of the receptionists upon arrival.

Fault fixed post warranty at no cost to me, but this should have been picked up at the end of warranty check. Oil leak was only picked up when roof bar pain was replaced due to paint peeling off
Air conditioning recharge was included in the bill when I picked up the car. This was never requested, authorised or even discussed. Refused to pay for it and taken off bill. I wonder how often they make this 'mistake'.
I was suppose to be picked up from town to collect my car at the end of the day but was forgotten about. I had to chase you.I asked you to look at my floor mats but no one did.Other customers told me they gad been waiting an hour for their car.

Fault rectified. All is now good. Longer than expected wait for curtesy car. Opertunity for BMW to promote their products with curtesy car but was given 1 series 116d.
Service desk staff Russell always helpful and friendly
From the start, all personnel were friendly and welcoming. The technical staff were professional and responded positively to the issues that I raised. However, the issues still remain, and whilst they don't pose any safety problems they are annoying.
Good reception arriving & service staff were polite. Reason for being there was as a final vehicle health check at end 3 years.At my request, an MOT. The vehicle was FAILED by the technician, 2 rear tyres being unacceptable. It had done 800 miles!!

Good customer service. Didn't get completely satisfied as the cleaning of the inside of car could have been better.
Boot mat disappeared. Service (Ross?) has checked valet dept but has had no joy.I have left it with him to investigate and he appears to have taken this minor issue on board.
I picked up the car and it still had a warning likght on it. I was told this would go off within 5mins. It didn't. Left me with quite some sorting out to do.
Courteous staff. Work done on time. Car cleaned internal/external without request.
Job was done to a high standard
The handover of the vehicle post service was very brief, minimal explanation as to what had been done to the car. I discovered the next day that the service repair reminder on the dashboard had not been reset, so it still tells me a service is due :(
Staff were easy to deal with and dealt quickly with queries, however it took almost a month for the required part to come into stock.

In January I tried to connect to the service hotline and was put on hold with no answer for 5 minutes both times, it was a Saturday
On leaving the fault was still evident, much to the embarrassment of Scott on service reception. The fault was later resolved. A few days later I found some of the interior trim in the boot with its fixings.
