Everything was completed that I requested very well we could enjoy are holiday travel with no worries
Very efficient and friendly service
They did not reset the service indicator.
Everything was straight forward. Timings quoted were accurate. We got no surprises. We were kept fully informed. I.e.advised when it was found we needed extra work done together with the cost and how long it would take on top of the overall service.
Would have been 5 stars but the air-conditioning service I arranged over the phone wasn't booked into the system so when I arrived there was no record of me calling to arrange it. Fortunately they were still able to fit me in.
The service was carried out at the same time that other work was being undertaken. I suppose the only comment I would offer is that you do not get a post-service check sheet with BMW? It would be nice to have a paper sheet giving tyre depth, etc?
Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Great communication from Tom, start to finish.
I have had my issues - niggling issues - however based on my recent experience these seem to have been resolved.
Everyone was friendly and the overall service was very good. I previously visited my local Mercedes garage and in comparison the service I received at BMW was night and day difference!

They are brilliant.
Staff are always very pleasant and helpful. When I booked my car in for a service, the work was completed and my car returned to me within the specified time. Whilst there I asked the parts department about a question and they were most helpful.
I've nothing to fault. I wasn't able to secure a loan car or have my car collected but I completely accept that that is a limited resource and more than adequately compensated for by having a place I could work fully.
I had given some neighbours a lift into Swindon with me, these people were with me when I collected the car. I felt that they were being judged by their appearance - however appearance does not determine how much money they have in their pockets.
From personal very positive experience over many years, this is the best I have ever known. Have already recommended friends and family to Dick Lovett BMW.

Waiting an hour for a courtesy car which suddenly became available when I asked the Service guy on the desk took the edge of my experience.

Prices are high compare to market, but you get satisfaction, but if Prices are inline with market then you will get better Customer Satisfaction and probably more customers, because its the personal recommendation which grows business.

Booking was very straightforward and met my availability. Service at the garage was prompt, efficient and friendly.
The whole experience was about making sure that my car was running well and the replacement of my condenser meant that my air conditioning would work properly.
Always a great service
When I arrived to collect my car, the receptionist seemed to be on a personal call and told me to sit in waiting area. After waiting about 15 minutes, another man came in to collect his car and was seen before me and I had to stand up to be noticed.
The whole experience was painless, the staff were helpful and the repair was carried out in a timely manner.

Easy and quick appointment booking. Work carried out to schedule. Courteous and helpful staff. Only downside - the only place to work that has power sockets, has the least comfortable stools in the world, and the comfy seating has no power.
Nothing to complain about
This was the second tome we have had the winter wheels changed on my wife's car and the second time she has driven away and the tyre pressure warning lights came on. She had to go to a Kwik-Fit this time to get the pressure adjusted.

The purchase was a pleasant experience with all the various options explained clearly. Taking delivery of my new car was also enjoyable with the sales man taking the time to explain how the various car controls work.

I was talked through the purchasing of the vehicle including a test drive on a similar model, offered a good deal and when the vehicle should arrive, the vehicle actually arrived a couple of days early. On collection I was shown all the controls.
I was keen to get a car quite quickly but the spec I desired wasn't available but they managed to hunt something down that I quite frankly loved!

The person I dealt with was friendly, patient, courteous and competent. There was, however, a glitch over receiving the car within the time promised (between 7 and 10 days). It finally arrived after 17 days. The problem could have been sorted earlier
