Both the service and sales experience had been great. Everything went smoothly which is the best thing that can happen.
Booked in promptly, minimal amount of time waiting (whilst working) at the dealership, spare parts were needed which came very quickly, my return visit was completed very quickly and I was able to work in the professional environment.

Was advised that the service would take 2 hours, so stayed on site. Actually took just under 3 hours, which would have persuaded me to leave the site, had I known.

Efficient and friendly, with more delivery than expectation which is always a great experience. I would have been 'completely satisfied' if the coffee machine was ready to go when the doors open, however in their defence I do start early!

Dick Lovett garages are excellent.
They actually listened to what my issue was and I felt like they went out of their way to assist me. All of the people I dealt with were extremely friendly and the customer service was excellent.

I was called about 2hrs too early to pick up car and as I had to walk about 2 miles I was not happy.
I always feel confident that my car, although quite old now, will be looked after and returned in a safe condition.

Liked that they asked how I found the service and responded to some feedback I had (was not critical),I had a great relationship with the salesman at Mercedes and generally caught up with him each time my car was serviced. I miss that with BMW.

My X1 failed the MOT on a worn tyre and 2 further tyre advisories. Dick Lovett offered to replace the worn tyres (I decided to change all 4) but the cost was almost £900 for modest 18 tyres. I shopped online for 3 minutes and bought for £634 elsewhe
They did everything they said they would do, and in a friendly manner too!

Nothing was too much trouble. I took the car in for a recall check but while there I mentioned a problem with connected drive. Dale went through things with me and even bought his own BMW to check his connected drive.! Nothing was to much trouble.
All good, and an error during the Mot that necessitated a longer wait was suitably compensated.

I would like to see the Dealers using digital services to stay in touch. Like tracking the production and shipment of the car,& the paperwork for set up, rather than relying on phone calls or emails from the sales staff and printouts.
The first finance man we saw could have saved us quite a bit of time by highlighting the zero percent finance offers at the beginning
