I phoned the BMW servicing department. Saying my service light has come on. The lady said I needed a service and breaks. But when I turned up I only needed breaks. Even though I gave my milage and numberplate information.

Everything was excellent . The car was in for the BMW recall and I took it in at 9 am. Should have been ready by 4.30. Eventually it was done and dusted by 4.50. I waited . . . again

Don’t like the queue system in swindon, I prefer the way bristol do it, where service advisors come and get you. But I have to say the poor girl left on her own to cope on the Saturday I went in was not fair, she was so stressed it showed .....!

Not five stars as I am having to return to have the part fitted as it was not in stock despite me explaining the issue over the telephone.As an improvement, a member of staff could see the 'issue' in advance of booking to ensure parts are in stock.

Managed to book an appointment for a week later, but if I wanted a courtesy car I would need to wait 4 weeks. That is not acceptable from BMW, from other brand less prestige they would be able to supply one with a few days notice.

I arrived early than requested and said I'd wait for the car. The staff were very helpful and said they would get my car in as soon as possible. They did that and it was returned to me much quicker than I was expecting.

all the arrangements were excellent but there are several changes made to the car - radio settings lost, clock face no longer appears as default in display, tailgate no longer unlocks without unlocking car first. I cant seem to change them back. Why

The small scratch on the off side wing was not 'polished out" as promised although it was booked in on the "Job Sheet". The Service, also on the "Job Sheet" was completed. The car was dropped off at 8am and not ready for collection until 5:15pm

I've generally been pleased with the service, though there have been one or two lacks in communication and I wasn't best pleased with an attempt to charge me a ridiculous amount for adjusting a wiper blade.

Servicing very satisfactory, but I did notice that when car was cleaned one of my rear passenger mats has been substituted for the original one. Not very pleased as the replacement is not the same quality and does not match the other mat.

Everything was explained when i went in for the Full service. Booking was straightforward and convenient. I waited 2 hours and car was sorted. In that time I was able to look at new deals on new BMWs.

I have been critical of Dick Lovett before for putting more emphasis on trying to sell me something when I have my car serviced, than actually taking an interest in my experience as an owner of the vehicle. That was not the case on this occasion.
