Repair addressed without issue.
My car was placed into Dick Lovetts to ascertain and rectify the failure of the PIC on my car.It lasted 3 days before not functioning and now has to be returned for further examination.I am reluctant to pay another £235 !

I collected the car and a few days later the same fault appeared, the car is now booked back in on 9th March. This was the earliest date a courtesy vehicle was available from the centre.
Everything was completed on time and within cost quoted. Replacement car was fine anf my car was cleaned perfectly.
I have been a loyal customer to Dick Lovett Swindon for c.10yrs. The main reason I return is the excellent service I have always received from Scott Barratt within the Service Dept. Scott is a credit to Dick Lovett Group and to BMW.
We were dealt with promptly as we had called in without an appointment.
The problem was diagnosed and sorted out very quickly. It was also explained but I didn't understand any of it.
Very quick turn around of service - usually taking your car to the garage is an inconvenience as you are without a car for a long period, however the work was completed a lot quicker than expected from experience with other garages.
On the positive side, staff were friendly and helpful and very attentive. On the negative side, our sale person could only tell us what the brochures said and had limited detailed knowledge of "extras". Also unrequested items were added to the quote.

Upon delivering the car to your service center we were met with a polite welcome, and courtesy. Our requirements from the service were explained, the expected service time, and that we would be contacted upon completion. Completely satisfied.

I arranged - in good time - to have a courtesy car provided as the service included a quality check. I was asked to provide my drivers license and NI number for the hire. On arrival there was no courtesy car. What can I say!
Very comfortable area to wait in while it was serviced, tea and coffee on tap, only 90 minutes to do the service.
Booked in for Last Track service, all completed promptly while I was able to wait in the showroom.

I have been a custoner of BMW Duck Lover for 9 years and have always bee more than satisfied .
From arrival at, and departure from Dick Lovett Swindon I was treated with respect by friendly and knowledgeable staff.Although my car only required an MOT I was made to feel that, as a BMW owner, my custom was important to them.
I turned up at the wrong service centre!. I was booked in for an MOT at BMW Newbury and went to Swindon.Your service centre person changed the booking and I had my car MOT'd the same morning.

The car stunk of smoke when it was returned. They had cleaned the car without asking and it was done so poorly. I am hoping this was a one off .
I had no problems whatsoever.
It was recommended that I in the near future should look at replacing my rear tyres, there was no pressure to do them there and then and a quote was provided with the invoice. As a result I am much more likely to return to have them replaced at BMW.
Everything was organised quickly and with minimal disruption to my day, and the car wash was much appreciated.
I rated the service good because I was provided with a courtesy car and was advised of the additional work that needed doing. I also received helpful and friendly advice.

My maps had not received the automatic free update I believe I was entitled to. The engineer confirmed that the auto update doesn't work on my model so I asked what could be done i.e. USB update? I was told to write in!
They explained how much it would cost, dealt with questions well.I worked whilst waiting for the car. The facilities are not great. Noisy

Was told they shut at 6pm. Arrived at 5.25 and was told that the staff in workshop finish at 5.30 so couldn't fit new tyre, which had a puncture. I was told get here before 6pm and we can do it, and we have the tyres in stock. Wouldn't do it
4.5 for not having a courtesy car for the whole time but appreciative of having one at all at such short notice!
I've been a DL customer for fifteen years or so and the quality of service has been high throughout. In this case, they fitted me into a crowded schedule, the staff are as warm as ever, the cost is reasonable and they cleaned the car inside and out.
Service staff were expecting me when I arrived and were fully briefed on the work that was to be done to the car. Work was carried out within the timescale advised and cost less than estimated!

I confirmed the tyre that I required the day before yet some how the wrong one was ordered When it was supposed to be done it took far longer (I was told to be at the garage for 9 yet had to wait till 11.30 to leave)

Already done re my visit to your Swindon garage on the 16th December 2016, this on another survey I was sent, disappointing that you feel the need to send another survey shows your not very efficient. I was not even sent a reminder re my 2016 MOT.
Tyre change, wiper blade renewal and valet all completed as requested and my car made avalable at the time required.

Service book not completed as requested. A return visit was necessary to have this done. Otherwise all O.K. , including delivery and collection of the car.
I visited to have my new car fixed, the window and door opening mechanism had lost its setting and needed replacement. This was fixed but my drivers door interior had been scuffed and damaged during these works ! Therefore another visit to BMW.
Booked in to also get a new tyre fitted due to puncture. I was assured the tyre would be at Dick Lovett the next day. It was not and I was not told this until after I had dropped the car off. It was not fitted until two days later.

extremely smart and slick but I was interested in buying/leasing a car. the number of variable with this trim and that extra was very confusing. Nothing was standard and available. So you really don't have a chose unless you are prepared to wait wem
The only prevention of completely is the delay in greeting us when we first entered the used car showroom. We had to make contact. After that all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
