I originally booked my car in for a service at a BMW centre close to where I work but poor service resulted in changing my booking to Dick Lovett's in Swindon simply because they are always friendly, professional and really good at what they do.
Service was fine but with the back log of work they were not able to clean the car. Service team did give me the option of waiting longer but I chose to not have the car cleaned to save time.

I would normally give a completely satisfied. However when I arrived home I found bits and dust on the back seat which weren't there when I dropped the car off. I assume some bits of trim had been placed on the back seat for safe keeping.

The staff were very friendly as soon as I arrived to the moment I left. I had a 45min wait from the time the car arrived back from its service to me to collecting the keys. As I had my laptop with me, I was able to work. Some customers would complain
No problems service was carried out in 1 1/2 hours while i waitedin lounge with a cup of coffee.
Couldn't get the car back by 3pm due to a recall which I was not advised about before brining the car in
The guys missed the light failed bulb - I had to tell them when I picked up the car. Weren't able to fix the gear shift indicator....
The issue with the sensors wasn't fixed first time so the car had to be returned to have it sorted out properly. In fact it wasn't driven out of the car park before the same warning light reappeared.

My car had been in two days before. It then refused to start with similar/even worse symptoms and many more faults were diagnosed.That always leaves you worrying that the original repair was faulty and/or may have contributed to the new problems.
Pleasant welcome, very engaged service with a genuine interest in resolving my issue. Plus a lift to work ( which was only a ten minute walk ) having burnt my feet due to a hot British summers day previously - outstanding.
The members of staff I dealt with went the extra mile to make the best of a very unfortunate situation.

The service was carried out to full satisfaction but there were problems with the booking system.
not enough space to give full explanation but my car was in the garage for a day and a half and the job was not completed so car had to be returned to you for a further day. It was not a big job just badly organised
Generally level of customer service was ok. Few minor things not so good. Eg getting lost in the phone system for a long while, the car not being parked in the customer area when i picked it up despite being told it was, & not cleaned well.

It took a long time to have the Service done. My car was at Dick Lovett for about 9 days.

I did not want an expensive Air Con refresh....yet the charges for this appeared on the subsequent invoice! Charge was removed when queried by me.The invoice was coded and not at all clear....it also exceeded the price I had obtained by phone!

On-time start, on-time finish, good place for me to work for the 90 minutes the service took.
Cost of oil change, even by quality manufacture standards is excessive. I cannot believe the parts cost BMW more than £45 yet the bill was £250!

The staff at Dick Lovett (in general) and within the Servicing team always go out of their way to help and assist, no matter what thge problem or how short the notice, this I find is as true today as it was 20 years ago when I first bought from them
Service and lift to work was great, but I had to make my own way back to the dealership to pick my car up.
The task itself was well done but there were a couple of small issues. I've been asked to return if I'm worried - but I raised an issue at the time. Not convinced I was taken seriously.
They did not fix problem first time but the service manager , got all the parts and reconvened visit , second visit , spot on

Fast lane service took just under 2 hours for brake fluid only, and you forgot to reset the warning so I had to return back to have it done. Then you reset the inspection warning but didn't insect
I thought I was getting a £180 value service, but I got a £350 (probably required, but without consultation. No video inspection report, only verbal update of advisory's (nothing in writing, no quote!) and a bill that is difficult to understand

Car went in for some work under warranty I was disappointed they couldn't 'fix' my handbrake until it was at 10 clicks (mine is at 6 clicks). I have to use 2 hands to put it on sufficiently that the car does not roll

I have only come in to book an appointment to have my headlights looked at as they are extremely poor. As such, no one has actually looked at my car yet.

Had a new tyre and wheel. Tyre warning went off again next day. Returned to Swindon yesterday to have it checked and reset. Driving to Ashtead today went off again so spent an hour in BMW Hungerford having it checked out again. Missed Golf tee time!
Contacted Mrs Carroll and discussed the problems in detail and apologised for causing her to miss her golf tee time. Offered to reimburse the cost of the round so she can play again.
First replacement car was an ash tray. Second was fine. Customer service - customer service. Simple things like don't be sarcastic to your customers. Don't know what's happening in the UK at the moment, but basic customer service skills.
See comments below in Overall. I obtained some replacement halogen bulbs. Dick Lovett told me that they normally would not fit non-BMW parts. Why should I be tied in to the BMW halogen replacements when the original equipment is so poor?

My car only came in for MOT, (I thought I had booked service on line but it had not registered as service required) car came back valeted
Can't fault any of the process
The "i" part of the rear "320i" logo had become detached and was left in an envelope with a verbal request to re-attach it. This was not done even though the envelope had been torn open. Another 40mile round trip to Swindon is not worthwhile.
I was disappointed with the full valet. I was expecting to see my car in almost 'showroom' condition (as your website promises) but I can see the inside of the doors hadn't been cleaned so it wasn't a full job. At £83 I felt it was poor value.

Russell was fantastic. Lovely bloke. Very customer focused. His mate with dark brown hair who I ended up speaking to when I discovered that the engine light was on, was a lot less empathetic which was not what I expected from your garage.
Car was serviced while I waited, although I did not have a specific slot it was completed as early as possible
It was the first service, well organised and cost me £0. It all went very smoothly. I got a courtesy car and a phone call when it was ready to be collected.

I brought my car in for MOT LV 60 FZM on Saturday 28th May, when I got back to collect at the agreed time to be told it had fail due to a non working LED rear # plate light. 1) I hadn't had a call to tell me in advanced 2)you didn't have one in stock

Trouble free fix to a warranty covered problem
At the end of warranty check I asked for a faulty parking sensor to be checked. Three times I have returned to the garage and on each occasion the response was no fault found, even though I demonstrated it each time.
On time - love the video report - excellent friendly service.
