After 5 years broken back spring. Customer disappointed that the other side went.
All of the family was looked after very well when looking for the cars and all the help came from Luke Day a great person to deal with would recommend him to anybody.
While my BMW was at their premises it was washed and valeted for free!!
Everytime we have visited whether for service or parts its always met with a smile think its more to do with my 2 bulldogs thou but it makes a difference to me as my bulldogs are my family.

Nothing was too much trouble. I took the car in for a recall check but while there I mentioned a problem with connected drive. Dale went through things with me and even bought his own BMW to check his connected drive.! Nothing was to much trouble.
All good, and an error during the Mot that necessitated a longer wait was suitably compensated.

Courtesy car has been pre-arranged, but wasn't available when I arrived to drop my car off. This was dealt with through offering a lift, which was fortunately all i needed that day. The dealer did follow up to apologise afterwards.

Drinks machine out of order, and although i watched many members of staff getting cups of coffee, i wasn't offered one despite sitting next to the machine for 2 1/2 hours.

The service lady, Hayley Smith, was readily available, very efficient and very helpful.
No problems with the paper work, I didn`t get any so nothing to file that's good.
I needed to go back again for problems to be resolved but staff were most apologetic and went out off their way to resolve all the problems.

The service was carried out at the same time that other work was being undertaken. I suppose the only comment I would offer is that you do not get a post-service check sheet with BMW? It would be nice to have a paper sheet giving tyre depth, etc?
Would have been 5 stars but the air-conditioning service I arranged over the phone wasn't booked into the system so when I arrived there was no record of me calling to arrange it. Fortunately they were still able to fit me in.
Everything was straight forward. Timings quoted were accurate. We got no surprises. We were kept fully informed. I.e.advised when it was found we needed extra work done together with the cost and how long it would take on top of the overall service.
Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Great communication from Tom, start to finish.
I have had my issues - niggling issues - however based on my recent experience these seem to have been resolved.
Everyone was friendly and the overall service was very good. I previously visited my local Mercedes garage and in comparison the service I received at BMW was night and day difference!

There were a few issues along the way, but the way in which the Dick Lovett team approached its resolution made all the difference. The challenges are now a distant memory, and only a feeling of goodwill prevails.
I would like to see the Dealers using digital services to stay in touch. Like tracking the production and shipment of the car,& the paperwork for set up, rather than relying on phone calls or emails from the sales staff and printouts.

I was able to choose the car I wanted in the colour I wanted, even though the car was not within the Dealership, I was also kept fully informed throughout the process, as to when my car would be arriving.
I was updated throughout from order to collection. I called with a small concern after collection which was dealt with immediately within the hour.

As previously mentioned plus Sales member, Richard Macklin, whom I dealt, and still deal, with was very approachable, kept me fully informed during the whole process and has kept in touch to ensure I'm happy with the car.
Our experience was positive from start to finish and all the way through, we can not fault it.
Our Motability rep, David Seal gave us excellent customer service at every stage of the process, keeping us informed without being intrusive.
